DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!!!!! I moved into a flat which was filthy. A few weeks after living here I woke up covered in flea bites and really itchy. The cooker did not work and it has taken a month to get it replaced. The staff are rude and do not treat you with respect they promise to sort things out which doesnt happpen so you have to chase them. They do not return your calls and tell you to email them and they then dont respond to your emails. Go elsewhere or regret at your peril...

We have no tenants named Belinda in any of our managed properties. All of our managed properties are professionally cleaned prior to move in. We have received no emails of complaint regarding the cleanliness of any of our managed properties. We have had no emails of complaint with regards to Fleas at any of our managed properties. Valluga Residential should be proud of their friendly team.They were very helpful in finding me a property I could afford and that met all of my needs. I have used many agencies throughout Manchester and non have been as professional or efficient. There were no hidden charges/fees and everything was very clear and reasonable. An absolute pleasure! I called up to arrange a viewings for a potential new flat in didsbury. Tom booked myself and my partner in for 3 viewings that very day. I rented a property form valluga in August 2013 for 6 months. This was my first flat since leaving my parents home. All seemed fine with the company and staff before we moved in. They were polite and approachable that was until we exchanged money and contracts. Better communication between themselves and us as tenants Enforce a professional, polite and helpful manner Meet our needs as tenants whether it be by replacing/ fixing damages to the property or arranging viewings with prospective tenants

When we originally contacted valluga, they were very helpful in finding us a professional flat to let. However that was the end of the helpfulness from valluga. When we had moved in our furniture we were told that the precious tenant had left a very large debt at the property - in turn this led to our property receiving eviction notices and court hearings. Valluga did not support us through any if this. After leaving the property, as it had very poor circulation and the communal door was broken ...

I would be happier if the company communicated with its tenants and explained why they are not willing to pay back our deposit.

I was a tenant of a Student property that was fully managed by Valluga Residential. Throughout my stay at the property they were always on the ball with any tenancy related issue and I received my deposit back promptly. After a nightmare 6 months with another agency mould/damp/no heating (JUST TO NAME A FEW!) I am renting a flat with them in Didsbury and as a former tenant was charged no agency fees. So this is a big thanks to everyone in the office for being so helpful....

I would just like to thank Liam for giving myself and my husband the privellage of living in the beautiful appartments at dunsters court, it has been a pleasure! Its only due to a change in our circumstance that we are moving on. Having used Valluga Residential for 12 months, I would be happy to use them again in the future. The longest i ever had to wait for any maintenance issues to be resolved was 3 days and this was when my boiler had broken down and had to be replaced. Liam was very accomodating and dropped off electrical heaters at my flat that day. I called into the office the day after I vacated the flat and provided all final bills in order to get my deposit back. I then recieved my cheque there and then. Althou...

At the beginning of our tenancy, they were reasonably efficient at responding to issues regarding the house we were renting. However the last few months from about March to June 2012 there was a serious lack of communication and organisation. At one point we were without a working fridge for a few days and without a working downstairs light for at least a month.
