Our daughter is having the same nightmare trying to get back her deposit. The agent has not returned any calls, did not make arrangements to do check out inventory with tenants and have charged to carry out repairs on furniture that was damaged at the start of the tenancy, evidenced in their own photos. They have also charged for cleaning the accommodation, which was left clean and tidy and redecoration of walls, with a few scuffs, which is fair wear and tear over the course of the tenancy. I ...

Report to Trading Standards via Citizen Advice Bureau like we did - they visited but need more people to report! Sad to see students still being ripped off by this speaking agency. We fought and won against them similar case last year and posted Warning reviews everywhere.
