Tylers were professional and efficient. Advert went live on the same day of instruction. The communications with me has been effective too. The team of Chloe, Ryan and Eva were nice to deal with and helpful as well as being thorough to cover all aspects. this whole company is a sham, please beware you WILL be conned out of money even if you leave a property cleaner and in better condition than when you first move in. they also make up fees as they go along. there are much better letting agencies out there so please steer clear of this one. you have been warned....

never actually met them as they never bothered to appear

they add fees on at the end so they dont have to give you a deposit back without any prior notice and charge a check out fee!!!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy and if you would like to discuss I would be keen to meet with you. All fees are disclosed in writing at the first viewing then confirmed in both initial letters at the point of offer and in the tenancy agreement. The independently compiled comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition contains numerous photographs and is paid for by the landlord, the tenant then pays for the check-out report which is completed to the same standard by the same firm ....

I found Tylers to be incredibly friendly and helpful when renting my current property. Chloe met me at the property and answered any questions that I had in a friendly and open manner, and when I subsequently registered my interest, the application was taken forward quickly and efficiently. In their regular inspections, they changed the double glaze windows in kitchen just for small tarnished inside gap. Tylers sent a technician to fix the central heating by 9 AM, while I just gave them a ring about the issue in 4 PM the day before. The lovely landlord replaced the mattress in the bedroom with a brand-new one, right after my letter to Tylers about the old mattress. On the exterior they act very helpful but when it comes to wanting to rent property, they are deliberately awkward. If you have dealings with them, try to avoid talking to any of the \'Directors\'. The one I spoke to was very condescending and thought he was above people who he didn\'t think were \'well off\'. What agent could do to change your mind?
They shouldn\'t have judged my circumstances and acting like they were better then me. I am a hard working individual. In this recession it\'s hard to make ends meet - the last thing you need is snooty letting agents talking down at you.

Just called when passing Tylers with my son to inquire about letting my house a few months ahead. Chloe immediately gave us her full attention and proceeded to explain the letting procedure and how her company operates to the high standards set by ARLA.
