Complaints Procedure

Should the Landlord/Vendor have any issues with Twinkle Properties service which they are unable to resolve with either the negotiator or branch manager involved they should write to head office; Unit 407, Britania House, 11 Glenthorne Road, London W6 0LH, for the attention of the Managing Director.

Head office will write and acknowledge receipt of the letter confirming that the issues are being investigated and that the Landlord can expect a written detailed response, together with a proposed resolution from the Director/Manager within 15 working days.

Should the Landlord/Vendor remain dissatisfied with the Director/Manager’s response, they should write to head office addressed for the attention of the Second Director. After further investigation a Final View Point Letter will be sent to the Landlord/ Vendor. This will include any offer made.

Should the Landlord/Vendor still remain dissatisfied they are entitled to refer the matter to the Ombudsman Services: Property, PO Box 1021, Warrington, WA4 9FE
