Regarding ongoing maintenance issues we have to consistently chase staff to establish whether a contractor has been instructed to visit the property to provide a quote. As a landlord I would advise heavily against using this company. Tenants were highly recommended by Zach who personally assured me that he knew them and they would look after my property.
