Terrible estates agents! Ongoing maintenance issues never resolved although reported and chased again and again. When someone does attend its always the same useless handyman whether it be electrical, a plumbing or general fixtures and fittings issue. You are never given a warm welcome when you arrive in their offices and feel like your intruding as soon as you walk through the door. They will find any reason they can to make a deduction from your deposit before returning to you, charging for...

Regarding ongoing maintenance issues we have to consistently chase staff to establish whether a contractor has been instructed to visit the property to provide a quote. Then we have to chase if the quote has been approved and then we have to chase to find out when the work is being done. In addition to this if a maintenance issue has not been resolved, instead of sending the original contractor back to rectify the issue, a different contractor is instructed. Dear Sir/Madam. Please could you provide us with some more information regarding this or call the office with further details, we are not aware of any works that have progressed in the way you have described but rest assured are keen to keep tenants happy throughout their tenancies, in order to diagnose some rare issues is does take one or more contractors, especially if for example on a modern high pressure central heating system where issues can be water, plumbing, electrical or handyman issue ...

As a landlord I would advise heavily against using this company. Tenants were highly recommended by Zach who personally assured me that he knew them and they would look after my property. Rent was regularly late, the property was destroyed, police were called regularly, and when they finally left they were two months in arrears. I had to ask Turners to chase up payments, and unfortunately the tenants were given too much time to vacate allowing them the opportunity to not pay the last 2 months...

These were lovely agents to deal with and even helped us furnish our flat too! The owner Zach gave us a lift down to the second hand furniture shop as we had just located to the UK and had nothing except two new jobs and the bags on our backs! Lovely experience with them....
