If you are a student please, please, please do yourself a favour and avoid this agent! They are honestly the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life, and even years later I haven't forgotten how bad they were. They have a lot of hidden charges such as silly admin fees of like £80, and the money you are almost guaranteed to lose from your deposit makes their fees even worse!

I believe that as many others providing reviews for this agency I suffered from Claire Al-Baggou who has the same surname as the partner of the firm and one of the sales managers :) What hope do you have when dealing with family business? I have had a great experience with Tullys. They have been friendly and supportive and have sometimes bent over backwards to help me. There have been on occasion so,e delays in repair work but I imagine this is more to do with finding someone at short notice rather than any delay on Tullys behalf. Me and my then girlfriend rented a top floor 2 bedroom flat at the end of the summer in 2013. When we moved in the house it reeked of mould and mildew. The sofas, curtains and bedroom blinds smelt like they had been donated from an OFA home, the urine musky smell was unbareable! What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more considerate towards students and don\'t take advantage of them like they are all clueless and reckless. Check properties before move in dates to ensure it is at a reasonable standard. Respond faster when complains are made

As a first time landlord Tully showed great support providing much needed advice. Tully managed to rent the property in 2 weeks. The tenants background were professionally checked and an inventory was produced. Tully also completed required tests, secured 1st month rent and taken care of the deposit. I came to my final year at University, having lived in a house in my second year that was ran through a landlord directly as opposed to an Estate Agents. You state that you did not receive your deposits back, as this is a very slanderous comment I believe you should produce evidence to prove this, we have proof that all of your deposits were returned in full to all of you on 14-7-2009. Terrible! We have lived in a 5 bed house for 6 months now and had nothing but trouble, the house was disgustingly dirty when we moved in, particularly toilets and mould in bathroom. I think prospective tenants of yours can see in the way you have responded to this customers complaint how aggressive you are in dealing with people. Note the unnecessary capitalisation of words. When is it professional to use 15 exclamation marks to respond? Regardless of whether the complainant is fabricating his issue, you should be demonstrating at least a basic level of customer service, not treating it like you are having an argument with one of your friends.....

Also I want to praise staff member Tom Duddle. Since renting with Tulleys in June 2012 they have supported me with all aspects of my tenancy, especially maintanence. In particular I had a broken window in my front door that was fixed the same day I reported it and other maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property....

I have been living with Tully for almost 2 years and as for me they were really helpful and nice. I have faced couple of problems that been solved as soon as possible. I even asked for developing not just repairing which were all done in an acceptable time. also they were likely flexible in late of payment couple of times. I would absolutely recommend them in the future....

i have used Tullys for letting my flats in Southsea while i am abroad, and have found them to be excellent in their service and very fair to the tennents and landlord . the agressive manner of some of the tenants when aproaching landlords or agents could damage a good relation, its always better to sort out the problems amicbly and discuss things for the benefit of both parties....

I rented with Tully and Co for 3 years and always found it a very easy and very pleasant experience. I had no problems with the staff and as long as I reported my maintenance in the correct way I generally found this was done in a reasonable time frame. Absolutely diabolical service. Employees were rude and lazy, only concerned with taking rent money. Took forever for anything to get fixed after constant phone calls and visits.
