We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. Our priority is to ensure routine safety inspections are carried out however at the time access was blocked Monday – Friday 8am-5pm by yourself for any gas engineer to attend. We did offer a weekend appointment and explained this would come with a slight surcharge by the gas company.
