It is great when a client from the past comes back to us to sell their home, it is clearly a mark of respect for the previous experience they received. It wasn't an easy transaction and took an extended period to go through, but we achieved our goal in so many ways, happy seller, happy buyer and happy staff.

Many thanks for the excellent review. It just shows that getting the price right and knowing our applicants means that this house sold quickly and without too many problems. If you are considering selling then don't just assume that highest price quoted to you is correct, consider the market (asking an expert) and consider your targets, do you need to sell quickly, do you have time on your hands?
