Terrible customer service, non-trained personnel to deal with a customer. Processing of tenancy deposit took them almost 3 weeks to return with high charges for a professional cleaner to clean the Tower house flat I rented for 10 ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
