BUYERS BEWARE. A buyers nightmare ...the company took over 6200GBP ...seller then took property off market, Deposit non refundable. HOW is this allowed in the UK in 2017.?? We tried many ways to still purchase the property.
Sharp tempered sales staff with too short answers (IamSold not Estate Agent) offering a below par level of support and little guidance. Generic "We are award winning" email responses to criticism .. (Currently reviews and c
My experience with Martin and Company has been worse that I could have ever imagined. Below is the letter I needed to send them to get them to finally come to my apartment. And when they finally sent someone, they sent me a bill for 35 pounds
Consider this a formal written request for our landlord's name and address. We were told today by Marie Littleford that this information was private. However I believe we are entitled to this information. I am basing this on the Landlord and Tenant A
If you are a tenant BE CAREFUL! This based on a 12+ year tenancy experience with them where I have been paying my rent on time and looked after the property as if it was my own!
In my experience they only worry about the customer care they provide to the Landlord!
They do not seem to listen to tenant's concerns! It feels that they have forgotten that a tenant is a client as well; as and if not more, important than the Landlord!
Certain employees are very rude and their inspections are as unfr
Dalan the agent who advertise the property at City Harbour apartment has left Property Liaisons, We met him accidentally when inquiring a property via a different agency. We never had a good experience with Property Liaisons since the day we moved in. Despite being asked to overlap our previous tenancy at County Hall by 4 weeks, they promised that the broken sofa and blinds will be replaced, the yellow stain and disgusting smell from the fridge will be fixed and the apartment will be professiona
I have been with numerous estates agents due to my job over the years and encountered all sorts of them. I normally shudder at the thought of going through the stress of trying to book a viewing and communicate with a useless and uninterested negotiator however I soon found with Dayfields that all was not as I would expect to encounter. First impression was on the phone with Amina after clicking the call me now button or enquiry now button, I forgot which one it was to be honest, anyway the con
I recently commissioned Sawyer & Co to sell my house and found them to be everything you could hope for in an Estate Agent and more. At the risk of sounding too OTT I'd like to say why...
My situation was complicated by the fact that I'm often overseas with work and now live at the other end of the country (Northumberland) while the house for sale was situated in Portslade. I'd fully expected the sale process to be a complete nightmare as a result but couldn't have been more wrong.

We wanted to express our belated thanks for the excellent manner in which Cavendish supported us in selling our property. It has not been about one individual but the whole team who have supported us.
A senior member of the team came to see us about the potential transfer from our existing estate agent and he guided us throughout the initial process. He did so calmly and with his vast experience of the area and the business it was very clear that Cavendish was the right estate agent for us aft
Shahzad Saeed provided us with outstanding support and advice from the outset. At the start of the process he arranged a high number of viewings and was present to meet and show to prospective buyers, pointing out the positive features of the property. He gave us detailed feedback to consider from each of the visits. Shahzad`s knowledge of the market locally was excellent and he was successful finding a buyer for our property after the news of Brexit last year, when the market slowed down for q
A constant nightmare to deal with. No one and I mean none of the staff know anything about any of the commercial properties they advertise. I enquired about a commercial property and was told it had been taken. A short time later I rang them again about it as it was still being advertised and they said it had never been taken and was still available. So I then requested a viewing and after a lot ummmming and ahhhing, the agent said, can I wait until everyone is back in the office and call you ba
Trinity Factors is a very unprofessional agency. I went for a viewing and applied for a flat. As I said that I could pay 6 months' rent in advance (I am foreigner and don't have a guarantor), they called me immediately and asked me to pay 375 pounds to secure the property. The staff has always been rude and used in the email verbs like 'MUST BE PAID' to make you feel as a beggar who has to deserve the property.
