Would you use this agent again? No

Given our family have been victim of these morally inhumane landlords, here's my advice to potential tenants of Foxtons Battersea agents (* in particular) and ** the owner and landlord of the 4 bedrooms house in *** Battersea SW11:
*
As an example of this, our latest dealing with Foxtons (who has been dishonest with us many years prior) and **the landlord, went like this:
We called Foxtons requesting the viewing of the above mentioned property in Battersea. Shannagh Docherty booked a viewing

Awful Letting Agent. One disaster after another with this Letting Agent. Picture this: early January, freezing cold.....Started off with letting the property with no gas left in the LPG tank when we started our tenancy, after several phonecalls they arranged a delivery. Luckily the same day as the tenancy started I spotted the LPG truck delivering to a neighbour and explained the situation to the driver, he then phoned through to headoffice to get permission to deliver to our property as a pri

We grew increasingly concerned about our rental agreement on 21 Greyhound Road. When we originally inquired about the property, it wasn't until we viewed that we were informed there were still fundamental building works being done. Given reassurance that all work would be completed and the property would be ready by 7th October; we contractually agreed to move in to the property on 7th, and were informed by Boah Miah that we could move our belongings in on the 6th (given we all had busy weekends

Linley & Simpson, 116-118 Harrogate Road, Leeds
Would you use this agent again? No

Where do I start?
From day one the service we received from Linley & Simpson was atrocious, at best. The fees (Which I assume were due to the announcement that agency fees will be banned in 2018) we astronomically high. I managed to barter them down 25 pound each but still ended up shelling out over 300 pounds in fees to them.
Reference checks for the house were completed at such a slow pace and employers were contacted very close to the deadline, reference requests were sent to incorrect offic

House & Son, 348 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth
Would you use this agent again? No

First of all I have to say - make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING in your property when renting from this agent. Take photos at the start of the tenancy, and also at the end when you checkout. Document everything you can find - as they will without a doubt try and rip you off.

We moved out of a rented property after a long and comfortable tenancy, during which they were very helpful and got matters in the flat resolved promptly and often at no cost to us. In this regard they were fantastic -

William H Brown, 1 Crown Street, Brentwood
Would you use this agent again? No

We would highly recommend you DO NOT use this branch of William H Brown. As first time buyers we expected to have been moved into the property we'd had an offer accepted on within about 3 months. However, 5 and a half months later we'd had very little (if any) communication from them regarding the vendor's intentions.
We'd always have to chase them; asking if he was still keen to sell and every single time we would get the same response: "We've been in contact with the vendors and they're still

Would you use this agent again? No

The worst letting agent I have ever had to deal with.

The process started when I replaced an already existing tenant. During this process CS were rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Every time I called to ask some quick question regarding the process of taking over a liquidated tenancy, they told me I wasn't their priority and insisted I pass on all my questions to the current tenant. This included all financial questions such as cost of rent, deposit and payment information. When it came to payin

Your Move, 16 Spital Street, Dartford
Would you use this agent again? No

We used your move as the previous letting agent TG Baynes joined with Your Move mid tenancy . Whether TG Baynes or Your Move we had nothing but problem after problem .
Pretty much from moving in we had faults in the property . Even though it was a new build it had been obviously built by cowboys and even after being in 3 years things were still outstanding. They only finally fixed them once we were moving Out to ensure a new tenant would move in . As previous reviewers on here have said we too

Pinnacle Letting & Estate Agents, 3-5 Fanny Street, Cathays
Would you use this agent again? No

Hands down the least professional, most ineffective, least customer-focussed and most poorly run letting agent I have had the displeasure of doing business with. Day 1 we moved in to a completely uncleaned property that had had a contractors living in it for the previous month. When I say uncleaned I mean dirty bath, dirty toilet, dirty saucepans in the sink, footprints all over the floor, broken furniture throughout the property. When I demanded a cleaner come to correct it they sprayed everyth

Would you use this agent again? No

deposit hasn't been return after 1.5months, they keep coming up with random issues eg: auto-renew the contract, fingerprints in the flat, grey scratches on the wall, agent on holiday etc. They tried their best to get time to try to inspect til they can renew their flat so they can rent out for a higher price.
No check in with an agent, keys were dropped in concierge and report was dumped in junk mail, when we asked to resend a new one they didn't. At the end we have to find it in junk mail afte
