From day one the service we received from Linley & Simpson was atrocious, at best. First of all I have to say - make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING in your property when renting from this agent. Take photos at the start of the tenancy, and also at the end when you checkout. Document everything you can find - as they will without a doubt try and rip you off.
