Finally it's safe for me to write this review, once we had moved out and are happy living our lives elsewhere.
We were very excited about moving into a new property. After paying all the fees and collecting our keys we even did a little shopping in Ikea (it's opposite their office). We froze in horror as we got to the property (still carrying all the new furniture) and could not unlock the door, because we were given wrong keys. It was on Friday and we were due to move out from our previous ren
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I have to agree with previous reviewers. They are not only disorganised and incompetent but some of their staff were rude, and not entirely honest with us. The prices that they charge are outrageous for the service they supply. We were kept waiting for 6 hours for keys, having being told that we should be at their office 11am promptly to sign paperwork. When we eventually entered the property I thought the building had been used by squatters! It was filthy and h
We are current tenants of a flat we have moved into in the last month. My husband has MS, and we selected this flat based on the fact that there was a master bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower on the lower level.
The downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of mildew when we moved in. I noted it on the inventory and figured when Clyde came to inspect in two weeks or something, I'd point it out as a concern. That ended up being unnecessary because a person in an office downstairs came u
I was a tenant with Taylor Made and have had a truly terrible experience trying to get my deposit back from them after I moved out. I would advise anyone to avoid them unless there is absolutely no other alternative and you aren't planning on transferring the deposit directly from one rent to pay for the deposit for another rent as it has been over two months and they still have not returned mine!
I rented a studio flat from Taylor Made for a year whilst I was working with a company in Bournemo
Extremely poor service in returning there clients calls.
I called me made an offer on a property which I was very desperate to purchase. Me and my wife thought we had finally found the house of our dreams only for the agent to not bother returning my call. I was told to make an offer which I went above the asking price till the agent was happy with the offer and said they would call back by Wednesday. I waited all day that day only for the day to come close to an end so I called them asking abo
I am APALLED with the way Your Move have treated myself and my housemates. If I could have rated the service 0 stars I would have. Whilst most tenancy agreements with the company expect rent to be due on the 1st of every third month, we were given our keys late (their choice) so our payment date was the 21st. Without fail, on around the 3rd of every third month we would all be sent an aggressive email accusing us of missing our payment date - you'd think by the end of the 2 years they could have
Hands down THE best estate agents I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a few!)
My partner and I lived in our property with Northwood for over a year and they were wonderful from start to finish. I had never received such excellent customer service as a tenant in rented accommodation in my life. They allowed us to choose on which day of the month our rent came out to suit our paydays, they were prompt at contacting our landlord with the only issue we had (concerning a bathroom cabinet n
First of all, a comment on the apartment building itself. I've actually lived in three separate apartments in the Flint Glass Wharf development in my years in Manchester. As you would imagine with this being the case, I really love Flint Glass Wharf itself and found the apartments to be good spec for the rents I've paid. I would say the communal areas have declined in recent years but partly this is contributed by neglectful fellow tenants. It's a great location and since moving into my first ap
As a landlord I trusted Murray and Currie with our rental property in Edinburgh. Initially the results were ok and they found a tenant for us for one year. However during the tenancy it became apparent that they did not deliver. The flat had wateringress from the roof and this was reported immediately by us and several times by the tenant. Over one month no action was taken and all requests ignored.
Included in the rent was cleaning of the apartment twice a month. Towards the end of the tenanc
I am in an unusual situation, and have sold, and wanted to "rent" somewhere for 6 months - just because I have not find my last and forever hom as I am mature, and this is a serious down-sizing project. I had some dealings with this company which left me very "confused" as to whether these were "holiday lettings" with furniture in situ or what? I found a nice house which would have suited me very much for the next six months, which "appeared " to be a holiday let, although a
