Worst experience we have ever had with a letting agent.
• Flat inspection is strictly every 2 months. Inspection dates strictly assigned in advance, and cannot be discussed or changed in any circumstance by the tenant. They can come any time during that day. On the other hand, they can change a date with little notice for any reason (e.g. the inspector is on annual leave. Seriously!). I recently travelled a three hour return trip down to Southampton with my daughter to view a flat listed with this agent. My daughter will be 20 in September and is a student at Southampton University. When she made the appointment to view the flat, she specified that she would be a student when asked why she was moving.
