I used this letting agent to attempt to rent a house with some girls for my third year, what happened was a complete and utter nightmare!
The first time we went to view houses we saw 3 houses that we really liked, so I spoke to *(who is the 'boss' of the company) about changing a clause in the letting agreement, the clause that I wanted to change essentially means that in a house of 5 girls if one of us doesn't pay our rent then the letting agency will ask the remaining 4 girls to pay and if w
They are absolutely awful. They're almost completely unresponsive and you have to call and email at least 5 times before you get any kind of response (which usually doesn't solve the issue or answer your query). Examples of queries we've had, the location of our electricty meter (this is still unresolved after 2 years!!!), elevator in the building breaking down which took multiple calls and emails and 4 days to fix. How to change the spotlights in the bathroom (still unresolved). We also had the
From the moment I instructed Bradley's I knew I had made the right decision. The first time I instructed an agent I fell in to the trap of believing the recent media hype of online agents with low commission. I can't stress how much of a difference it makes to instruct a real estate agent over an online agent. The presence that has Bradley's has is outstanding. As soon as I met Iain Christie I felt in safe hands, he explained the terms properly and assured me that he would carry the job through
I was led to believe that purchasing a property would be the most stressful thing you do in your lifetime and I won't disagree now that it is done! However, it would have been many times worse without the guidance of Jenna throughout the whole process, especially being a first-time buyer.
The initial viewing was relatively straightforward but Jenna's knowledge of the property and the provision of an information leaflet, not only with property details but also the local area was an impressive t
Foxtons are by far the worst agency I have come across. I had the unfortunate situation that the flat I wanted was on the market with Foxtons, had it been on with another agent also I would definitely have gone with them.
Besides the consistent nagging and getting involved with solicitors when they didn't need to, their stories never added up about what was happening. Luckily I had the experience of having been an estate agent so I could be quite comfortable on when to ignore them .

Found Reed Rains Rye to be very good to begin with, however whilst going through the referencing Experian were dragging out the process for over 2 weeks, we had to constantly chase up Experian and never received even one phone call from Experian, half way through Reed Rains decided to place the property back on the market, without even a courtesy call to update us on the reason for this. Once Experian contacted Reed Rains to let them know that they wouldn't be able to reference us because even t
*Amazing* these guys were fantastic, originally I was looking to buy a property. Chris, sat with me and went through my requirements, spent quality time with me going through their current properties. Chris kept in close contact with me over the coming weeks, keeping me up to speed with new property listings and viewings.
Unfortunately I did not receive this service from some other agents!
I ended up going for a new build but will be discussing my letting requirements with Your Move as their s
In a world where feedback is important to a Business I thought I would take the time to comment on the exceptional service I have had from Jacob Burston.
When my last tenant left after a long tenancy it would have been easy for Jake to re let it straight away but he advised me a higher rental could be achieved with putting down wood flooring and repainting to freshen the flat up. His advice was spot on and I am pleased to say he has achieved an extra £120 a month rent and secured a new tenant
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Drove up from Dorset to Sussex (4hour round trip) for appointment to see bungalow at Sidlesham. Was not allowed to see the property a.m. because it wasn't suitable for cubitt & west. Only to be told outside the property that they couldn't unlock the front door and I would have to rebook appointment!!!! hit rush hour going home!!! 3 emails had been sent to me confirming this appointment!!!
Emails were sent to me later from Ben stating the property had been reduced and would
