I'm not really one for writing reviews regardless of how good or bad treatment was but the way I was treated on a personal level by this company is frankly despicable. The following took place September, 2016.
i called up and enquired about an apartment, all was fine. I was put through to *Liz* the manager, we went through some details and then I asked about payment of rent as I'm used to paying in full (6 months worth of rent in one lump sum), due to me being self employed and having various
I am a first time buyer and have been viewing flats for the past 2 months. Naturally, I have been dealing with a lot of sales agents and most of them have happily arranged multiple and repeat viewings. Until I had the misfortune of meeting Simon at Lifestyle Property in Gallions Reach.
I had previously scheduled an appointment with the agency which I could not do because of an impromptu urgency, albeit I notified them prior to the viewing. I was traveling in and out of London since then and cou
Mike Dingley was recommended to me by a friend who had been very happy with the way her sale had been handled. As I always prefer to act on a recommendation, I contacted Black and Golds and this turned out to be a very good decision. Mike was professional, informative and clearly knew the market well. He gave me excellent advice right from the start. Unfortunately, my initial sale stalled due to the Purchaser failing to co-operate on a number of fronts. Mike initially did what he could and c
Great saleman, awful estate agent
This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them.
Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong!
They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly
Professional, friendly, personal - excellent service : Sue Morris and the wider Dafydd Hardy team, thanks!
I bought my house through Dafydd Hardy some years back and it was an easy decision to use them for its sale having seen the quality of the marketing firsthand.
The decision to sell was made under difficult circumstances and it took me 6 months to list it for sale but Sue Morris kept in contact with me throughout, offering practical and emotional support at all times - and this was BEFOR
I rented with Hicks Hadley for over two years.
Well what can I say? Words cannot describe how bad they are and how poorly they treated me even though I paid rent on time every month and handed the flat back in better condition then it was presented to me.
It seemed evident to me they treat tennants very bad and like living cash cows. They invoiced me every 6 months for unnecessary 'tenancy renewal' fee's to the tune of £90 even though my details did not change. (A fee that has been outlawed in
Very friendly, helpful, professional staff who are always willing to help and go that extra mile. Would highly recommend Castles not only to students but to families and working people looking for a property as well as landlords looking to rent their properties. We were seen to by Pereen last year and she helped us find the house we're currently living in. Pereen was the only estate agent who bothered to tell us about the summer retainer payment, no other agent did and a few of them even brushed
- Honest
- Always know whats going on, they chase things through and call you with updates
- Understand and care about your move
We sold and bought with Regal Park.
Having dealt with one other local estate agent in Hampton which I can only describe as up front sales without any consideration for selling once you've signed the exclusivity contract; Regal Park were a breath of fresh air. James Trigg came to visit for the valuation and used the words truth , honesty and fair which is the manner in
I asked Thomas Morris to come and value my house on the recommendation of a friend and was immediately impressed by Simon the assistant Manager who came across as very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had at that stage
As a result of this he valued my house at £290K and as it went for £285K it was an accurate one He then visited again to measure up and then published the house details on all of the property portals and it all happened very quickly I want to mention the Manage
Starting the tenancy there were serious problems with the flat itself - we were told that the property would be cleaned before we moved in. The flat was in an awful condition with mould growing in the bathroom and on the carpets. After two weeks of not living in the flat, as it was not in a condition to do so, Asset replaced the carpets. However, the mould in the bathroom took two months before any cleaners were issued to the flat, even with our active calling and multiple visits to their office
