This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them.
Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong!
They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly

Starting the tenancy there were serious problems with the flat itself - we were told that the property would be cleaned before we moved in. The flat was in an awful condition with mould growing in the bathroom and on the carpets. After two weeks of not living in the flat, as it was not in a condition to do so, Asset replaced the carpets. However, the mould in the bathroom took two months before any cleaners were issued to the flat, even with our active calling and multiple visits to their office
