I should of been suspicious when we made an offer and this was not told to the seller (probably because there were other viewings booked in) this goes against the guide lines set out by the property ombudsman.

Having stayed with Harsun in a flat as listed below for six months, we have since moved to another of their properties in the area. Dealing with Lidia and Ana has always been very easy, and we experienced a wonderfully smooth move between the two properties. Any issues we had were reported quickly and dealt with very efficiently, including one time we had a problem with the lock. I'm glad that I stayed with Harsun for another tenancy.

I cannot express my disgust in Reeds Rains! From start to finish they were horrendous! When we moved in i was without hot water and heating for 3 weeks and i could not get an engineer myself as the fee would fall on me. The landlord would not answer his phone to sort this. SDL Bigwood are a complete shambles of a company. They recently changing their name from CP Bigwood to probably try and avoid all the bad reviews they had racked up.
As others have already said, they do not respond to emails, although they give a responce to emails saying they will respond with in 10 days.
Our property (Chatsworth House) is now 4 years past its 4 yearly decorating time frame as per our lease agreement with the managing company.
