Samara, 207 Clarendon Road, Leeds
Would you use this agent again? No

Hands down the worst company I have dealt with in any capacity. Our experience with Samara was challenging from start to finish.

There first mistake was on day one when they gave us the wrong keys to our property, this resulted in us being locked out for several hours, with the emergency telephone number not working (we quickly informed them of this, but the emergency telephone number was not updated at all during our year at the property)

During our time at the premises, we had a number

Julie Twist Properties, 237-239 Deansgate, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? No

We were relatively happy with Julie Twist Properties until we moved in; that is when communicating with them has become harder and harder. Let's start with the positive notes.

The main positive aspect of renting a property with Julie Twist was that they allowed us to take the property off the market immediately after viewing it, rather than collecting several offers (we've found this often means that you have to offer more than the advertising price). We were also happy that they open on Sunday

Watts & Co, Office 27, Flexspace, Burley Road,, Leeds
Would you use this agent again? No

I would not recommend Morrison Watts under any circumstances.

Aside from the length of time it took them to register and deal with property problems (over a week when we had no hot water), the numerous times they forgot to provide 24 hours' notice before a contractor or potential buyer came out to the property (this is a contract requirement) and repeated lies that we had not paid the rent (we had) - the main issue was the deposit after we vacated.

It became apparent that our landlord wanted

Mint Homes, Grosvenor House,, Kendal
Would you use this agent again? No

When I first rented with Mint Homes Helen was very helpful and couldn't do enough to help, she even helped me out big time when I decided I'd like to move properties, which I'm truly grateful for.
However, I wish I'd never moved. I was left with damp for 4 months before work began and was left repeatedly chasing up Mint Homes, I was in a Prime Location for work at the time in a Shared House so didn't want to move - in that time I was offered a more expensive room, a room with more damp, a sm

Richard James Estate Agents (Swindon), Lettings, Gemini House, Hargreaves Road, Groundwell Estate, Swindon
Would you use this agent again? No

Richard James win outright the price for the most incompetent, nasty bunch of estate agents I have ever dealt with. Our experience with their rude letting staff was a nightmare from the day we moved into the property they supposedly managed. They were of course nice and smarmy at the viewing and very keen to take my credit card number on the spot to pay their fee. Once we moved it was a different story. We discovered on day 1 (in mid july!) the fridge did not work. The washing machine was also

Royal Docks Property Services, 10 Harbour Island,Harbour Exchange Square, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We selected Royaldocks - Canary Wharf for the sale agency of our two-bedroom apartment in 2015 and we couldn't be happier with the services they provided.

Mike (the branch manager) and his team were very professional, polite and helpful. It is very rare to have one dedicated contact throughout the whole process and Royaldocks managed it! From the initial consultation, valuation, photo taking, floor plan drafting, publishing on the websites, viewings, then offer made and accepted, documentati

Fitzjohn of Peterborough, 2 Fortune Buildings, Peterborough
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Purchase Only – Nothing to sell:

Moving house is supposed to be up there with one of the most stressful things you can do, but using Fitzjohns made this process as smooth as it could have possibly been.

Having moved a number of times over the previous 8 years this has been by far the best experience I have had. Made even better by finding an estate agent that actually sticks to their promises and doing what they say they are going to do. Viewings were arranged with short notice (my fault) a

Sears Property, 12 High Street, Bracknell
Would you use this agent again? Yes

There's not much more I can say about Sears' service other than exceptional. Assistant Manager Robert dealt with our initial enquiry very promptly, arranging an initial consultation and valuation within a couple of days; he had even personally dropped an information pack to us by the time I'd got home on the same day as calling. He was very fast to get back to us with any information we needed with nothing seeming like too much trouble. The photos that were taken looked great in the well produce

Balgores Property Group, 63 Station Road, Upminster
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We instructed Kish who is now based in the Upminster branch of Balgores to sell our property in Upminster. We had four estate agents round to explain their service and no one came close to the ammount of detail and preparation that went into his presentation. He came prepared with properties which had sold in the area and explained in detail why the price of my property was actually £20K less than I thought. To my frustration, I couldn't help but agree with him as it was all laid out in front o

haart, 4a Ibex House, Leytonstone Road, London
Would you use this agent again? No

They're good at putting on a charming and friendly face when they want you to consider buying a property. But the moment you agree boy does the tune change. You better really inspect your property the first time round because it's the only chance you'll get. When I emailed for a second viewing they denied my request and now I have a kitchen stove in my new property that doesn't work. It's not much to ask for a second viewing. Especially when you're paying cash.

But of course it doesn't stop the
