Awful experience.

I found capital living through Spareroom.com. My current tenancy agreement was due to end so, subject to finding a new suitable place, I was happy to move out with immediate effect.

I was initially very impressed with the company and, more specifically, the properties they were renting. After expressing interest in a couple on Spareroom and attempting to arrange viewings, Capital arranged a Skype interview, after which I became a registered member. So far so good.

Granite Lettings, 52 Port Street, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? No

Absolute epitome of why estate agents are the most hated profession. A shoddy 2 man band in the back waters of Manchester.

Urge you to read other negative comments about this agent; the same theme runs throughout. Wesley Hopwood of is an arrogant individual who tries to be too clever by half and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth with his untruths.

As two professionals, a Consultant and Barrister, it is a different world when your dealing with estate agents who do not require any qualif

Montgomery & McCleery, 82 Duke Street, Waterside, Londonderry
Would you use this agent again? No

I moved to Derry in September 2014 with my partner but we actually privately rented the property in question @ (Conars Court Complex) 3 months earlier in order to secure the property as we were both working. Initially M & Mc appeared very professional and completed our 12 month lease without a problem. Up to March/April of this year we had no major complaints. Our problems started happening when Conars Court Complex had its gas switched off by Health & Safety NI. All residents were left without

Frank Innes, 48 Granby Street, Leicester
Would you use this agent again? No

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS AGENT they trade as frank innes to sell properties And they manage properties mainly flats as HLM management company. Sadly I have had to deal with both. I used to own a flat in Leicester Hamilton They would not carry out the repairs cleaning and window cleaning but they would still request payments from flat owners as the flat owners had done a terrible mistake signing the lease. They would at first charge an admin fee of £29.38 for not paying them. Then the admin charges

Concentric Sales & Lettings, 40 Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton
Would you use this agent again? No

WARNING DO NOT USE!!!

They are the worst agents I have dealt with so far. They are completely unorganised and inept. They don't care about the tenant and they don't communicate with updates about repairs/maintenance unless you chase them up continuously.

For example, I had originally reported two faulty thermostats on the 4th of July. The contractor finally came on the 21st of October to look at it – after 3 months. The contractor agreed with me that the vales need changing and said he wi

Miles & Barr, 47-49 Queen Street, Ramsgate
Would you use this agent again? No

I have received overall a terrible service from Miles and Barr Ramsgate. Stuart Barr himself did not reply to my many emails to him making valid complaints and then when I eventually get someone to take me seriously and I think I'm getting somewhere speaking to Karen Hirst, Stuart only then replies after months and months of ignoring massive gaps and lack of competence in his staff and then takes their side and believes lies he's been told by his staff to try and get themselves out of trouble an

Would you use this agent again? No

We were discouraged from arranging a viewing (this probably isn't one for you guys), told we were liable for the agent's fees (which were well in excess of 3% when usually it is the vendor who pays c. 1%) and told the property will be sold by formal tender agreement but then found out that viewings were being held the following week after the deadline for bids. The agent showed up to the viewing almost 1 hour late. We were told that stronger / more credible offers were being pursued - that bidde

Royal Docks Property Services, 10 Harbour Island,Harbour Exchange Square, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We selected Royaldocks - Canary Wharf for the sale agency of our two-bedroom apartment in 2015 and we couldn't be happier with the services they provided.

Mike (the branch manager) and his team were very professional, polite and helpful. It is very rare to have one dedicated contact throughout the whole process and Royaldocks managed it! From the initial consultation, valuation, photo taking, floor plan drafting, publishing on the websites, viewings, then offer made and accepted, documentati

Taylors Estate Agents, 161-163 Queensway, Milton Keynes
Would you use this agent again? No

Give a wide berth. Originally got this agent around to look into selling my property. They* came round with typical haughty agent swagger, promising that with Taylors marketing and offices being in 276 offices in London that they would get my property sold no problem especially if I went ahead with with the £140 professional photos. He seemed to know his stuff and couldn't do more to help us on that initial meeting. That is where the customer service stopped. Once instructed to go live, (there
