I am here to give my honest review about this agent here. I have ended my tenancy agreement end of August 2016. And the staff that have been helpful to me since the first day did mention to me that it will take up to three weeks for the return of my one month deposit to be deposited back into my account. I keep on waiting from the third week onwards and the reason they gave was they are chasing the cleaner because they have not gotten the invoice yet. I mean it took them so long to chase?? T
I contacted the Saltaire branch of Dacre Son & Hartley in January 2016 asking them to do a valuation of my property. The branch manager at the time came and did the valuation, took photos and suggested an asking price. After getting quotes from other agents I decided to proceed with Dacres. The property was then put on the market mid January for an asking price of £130,000.00. Lesson 1: Verbal assurances on the phone do not mean anything – get everything in writing.

Since writing this review a week ago Roseworth have cleaned the courtyard and windows, and also sent a guy round to fix the boiler. My flatmate has also said that they've been good in resolving his issues, and I'm hoping that we'll be able to get the benches fixed rather than replaced too. Credit where credit's due they've had a pretty decent response to this review.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm Tzana Webster demonstrated while selling our property. She came to the flat extremely well prepared and clued up on the market, more than I can say for the company we binned.
From the start until (almost) the finish of her part of the process, she did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it. There is only one minor suggestion I would make
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Disgraceful company who employ any bodies who have no idea what they are doing. Our tenancy was a disgrace from start to finish. Left for 4 weeks with no heating or hot water when my girlfriend was 7 months pregnant in the middle of January . Rats in the flat when we had a new born baby which was an ongoing problem from before we moved it so the flat should never have been let. Again took weeks for them to admit fault and fix the problem. Absolutely Shocking! Trading using a brand that long ago forgot about customer service.
The initial meeting and valuation seemed to be fairly positive and we were excited. However, almost immediately after we had signed up to sell, Clyde became distant.
We spent the next few weeks frantically chasing things and pushing them to get simple tasks such as putting the property online. They continued to miss deadlines (set by themselves!) and the process dragged on longer than we felt was acceptable.
