The majority of the furniture was damaged and unusable, thankfully we were permitted to throw this junk. Initially we found this agency helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately we have moved into a place under their agency. This particular place was promised to have certain appliances and furniture fixed before we moved in. It was stated it had had a professional clean! While Knights excelled at marketing our home and finding new tenants quickly, the managed service did not deliver.
Unhappy with the service and how our concerns were being addressed, we wrote to Knights to terminate services. Clause 7.3 was referred to (while tenants introduced by Knights remain in the property a fee is due). We were free to leave on the condition the tenancy was terminated and the tenants vacate the property (this we were unable to find in the terms).
