My old boiler passed it's Gas Safety test, but a week later, once my tenant was in, FJL sent in their plumber to fix a minor problem with the toilet and he announced the old boiler was broken and he disconnected it. My partner and I arrived early to view a property on Sunday only to be let down by nobody being there. I knocked on the front door, looked through the windows and waited for 40 minutes.
