The facade is decieving.
The old adage never judge a book by its cover, still holds true. Especially, when it comes to Leaders. But not in a good way. If you believe the brand name, high street presence and the modern look of it's agencies is an indication of good quality, think again. This is the shoddiest letting agent that I have had the displeasure of letting a property with for 2.5 years.
For a start, it is obvious that they do not consider tenants to be customers. Their primary obligat
When we moved in to our new apartment, we noticed that the oven knob from the cooker was missing, and two of the other knobs were broken. No big deal, we thought, foolishly. That Wednesday I called our letting agency, Braemore, and started the 48 day process to replace our broken and missing cooker knobs, which did not end in getting our cooker knobs replaced (but it could have been worse, I just read the review below from the guy who was without a clothes washer for 53 days). I also kept a diar
Most of the information I was given in response to questions during the tour turned out to be incorrect, such as is the parking allocated and checked? Is parking an issue here? When are the bins collected? Is the garage secure? Will the property be furnished? Will white goods be left here? Does the CCTV work?
We were then hounded through the credit check process, with threats of taking our deposit (already paid) and giving the property to someone else because it had taken more than 3 days for m
I rented with this estate agents back in July 2015, my experience was not very pleasant; as a previous tenant i wouldn't recommend this particular estate agents to anyone. There are many factors as to why my opinion is as such; during my time renting with lawlors communication has been a major issue, after my contract for the flat ended in February 2016, i was told that i would get my deposit at the end of the month but nothing was being transferred after the month had ended. I've tried countles
From the start of our tenancy to the end Walton robinson did nothing to justify the huge fee they charged us (6 of us paying around £300 each). When we moved in the house was a mess. They did nothing to rectify this, in fact it was the landlord who travelled up to clean up the mess left by builders. During the tenancy we had several problems with our showers. We reported the issues straight away but we're constantly told that they were awaiting approval from the landlord to commencement repairs
AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE...It was clear from the outset how good Dale was at his job. It was obvious at the initial valuation how much homework the man had done before entering my property. He arrived armed with a large quantity of evidence in the form of similar properties sold and those currently on the market, to prove how his advice and opinion was justified. Furthermore, he also showed how he had his finger on the pulse as regards political changes to the housing market announced that mornin
Having bought and sold houses over the last 25 years, I can honestly say that I am very impressed with all of the staffs professionalism. Whenever we telephoned St. Ives, no matter who we spoke to, all the staff were aware of the stage that the sale was at any given time.
They were all very friendly and ensured they dealt with any queries for us and always got back to us.
I can only apologies as I cannot chose any one member of staff on your list, it really started with Dan, we had one day to
My wife and I had never rented our property before we were introduced to Kevin.
When we met Kevin we were very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Kevin walked us through the rental process and introduced us to Charlotte. Charlotte 'fine tuned' the process and in turn introduced Carol and I to the rental team, including Ros.
We were reassured by the whole team and it was an easy step to take, fully supported at all levels.
I have equally been impressed with the support teams behin
The Robinson Jackson experience was a complete mess from start to finish. Steven was the agent in charge of selling the property and although very nice was completely hopeless at staying on top of things or staying in contact. We had to constantly chase him over viewings/ try and encourage him to get more viewings. He would regularly promise to phone straight back and then be out of touch for days. At one stage we had a sale fall through and it took Robinson Jackson nearly two weeks to work this
The negotiation for letting our property was poorly managed & communicated both to ourselves & our prospective tenants due to a changeover in agents & things falling through the cracks. We felt we had little choice on the terms as a result of this & accepted a lower rental value than we would have otherwise. During the management of our property Sharon Rooprai had to be followed up frequently to get responses to our queries (eg. Has the electricity been changed over, do we need a gas safety insp
