A week before the the first year ended we were told that the decision had been changed and we had 10 days to move out and find somewhere else to live. My search and registering with Estate Agents to rent a flat with all the big names in Acton High Street was absolutely disastrous . Never needed this service before, I expected to be received with open arms by the staff members, instead I have been treated with contempt, disdain, long faces, bad mood and disrespect by the employees I tried to contact.

Firstly, our house wasn't cleaned before we moved so we had to remove items left behind by the previous tenants and we had a huge back log of bin bags left by them too which eventually resulted in a mouse in our kitchen.
