Tepilo-Tepid I think it was when, after making payment, the first email we received was a coupon for some wine, that we suspected we may have made a very costly mistake.
As I imagine many other viewers of Sarah Beeny's - ‚€‚Å How To Sell Your Home on Channel 4 did, we become convinced there was really no need for any property owner to use a traditional estate agent. The show made a very strong case for how using an online estate such as hers would save us a great deal of money-we
Where to begin with this awful excuse of a letting agent? First of all VERY helpful until I handed my first months rent and deposit over (£1100) then they seemed to vanish.
They were supposed to repair guttering, a cooker, a broken window and broken light for us moving in. Needless to say they didn't. When we were accepted for the house they called and said to give them a couple of weeks to get the place ready and carry out the repairs. When we moved in it was like the previous tenant had ju
Remembering the great experience I had with Choices the last time I was flat hunting in London (previous property - 76 Carter Lane, London EC4V 5EA) -- I contacted Esme looking for a new flat. I was surprised and comforted to know that Esme remembered who I was, which I think has become increasingly rare.
I had very specific requirements 1 bdrm, new/renovated interior, close to tube preferably SE with walking tube access and a private garden (very important)! Within a few days Esme was abl
CP Bigwood are the most inefficient, unscrupulous organisation I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Although I have only been a leaseholder for 15 months, CP Bigwood have (mis)managed Wickham Court for a number of years. In the time I have lived here there has been no preventative maintenance to the external elevations of the building whatsoever and I am told by other residents that there has been nothing but reactive repairs for a considerable number of years but end that seems to ha
We bought our property through ludlowthompson almost 9 years ago and we decided to sell our property at Woodbury street through ludlowthompson again. Philip was not the first person we met but somehow he came to help us. we were truly lucky to have met Philip. He is highly approachable and highly meticulous and efficient. He listened to us generously and took down all the particulars, what we want and how much we would like to sell the property and most importantly the timeline

I lived in a flat managed by Williams Lynch for two years. They are not the worst agents I have dealt with, but that is purely because a previous agent managed to both trespass and lock me out of my own home on two separate occasions. It is in no way a suggestion that Williams Lynch is any good. If work does not directly bring in fees, they appear to regard it as unnecessary - work like actually managing the property in exchange for the property management fees they charge to the landlord.

As first time buyers, myself and my partner Sam were a little apprehensive and confused about how to and where to start, We had been using Bradley's in Okehampton for a rental property that we had been in for 12 months whilst looking for some where to purchase. The team at Bradley's knew exactly what we were looking for and so one day we received a phone call from Tom at Bradley's about a house that had come on the market and so it started from there, 6 weeks later and with no stress whatsover w
I don't usually write reviews but Property Moves deserve some positive feedback and my time as they have given me a lot of their personal time and help over the years.
Jill Brewster in particular has always been on hand with immediate responses to any questions I have about my home and even exterior problems in the building and went above and beyond when I had a recent problem; quickly putting me at ease. I sent an email, got reply in minutes; problem solved!
Jill is very attentive and her ey
