I have had the misfortune to be a tenant of 2 properties managed by Tucker Gardner. The first was managed by the Cambridge office and the second by the Ely office. A few months after moving in we began receiving emails stating that our rent was overdue, even though we could see that it was in fact paid, therefore we became increasingly concerned as Contempo were expecting us to pay it again. Even when they realised it was their error they didn't inform us, we had to continually call before they admitted it
