I do not recommend this estate agent for letting. They were dishonest and rude especially the people highlighted. Firstly when you put an offer for a place and you ask queries about the flat including the water and heating system they are inpatient and rude on the phone. They are so desperate to seal the deal and they have no professionalism in trying to conceal this fact and actually take the time to explain things to you.

They were lovely when it came to looking around the property and putting in an offer but as soon as they'd locked in our money the problems started. 1. The property was not clean upon arrival, the response I received was that the property was cleaned a month before and was acceptable. I and the other house mates agreed that cobwebs all over the house, dust in cupboards and lack of effort to prepare the property is shocking, especially with pending charges when leaving a property anything less than surgically clean.
2. Communication is a big issue,
I noticed a property for rent on their website and so enquired about making a viewing. The staff were very friendly on the telephone and efficient in dealing with my enquiries. I was told I could view the property at 4.30pm on the following day, which required me to leave work early; however I was happy to do so. Upon arriving to the property, admiringly I was 3 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic however I deem this acceptable, nobody was there to meet me. I made the assumption that

The first viewing was going well and the staff member was friendly and helpful up until she asked us if our current house was on the market yet, to which we replied no. As soon as we said this she stopped speaking to us, ceased to show us around and became very cold towards us and left us to view the remainder of the house by ourselves.
