Lied about moving in date, verbally promised we could move in 1-2 weeks earlier but as soon we paid the deposit agent was unreachable & never returned calls.
Poor service: no locks on 2 toilets/bathrooms & 3 bedrooms, requested but never got fitted in 19 months of tenancy (too busy?).

This property bureau rented me a house which during the winter proved to be absolutely insufficient as a winter let. Leaky windows, uninsulated tin roof, draft coming in from the windows and from the front door, a road full of potholes and not ploughed throughout the winter leading up to the property. I would strongly advise not to use Bill free homes. During our tenancy we had multiple set backs with them. We were unaware that the property we had chosen was under renovation, during our tenancy. The boiler broke which took nearly a week before it was seen to, meaning we only had cold water. After which our internet failed to connect, we were advised to sort it out ourselves even though we had not engaged in the contract.
