William H Brown, 16-18 Halford Street, Leicester
Would you use this agent again? No

The service I have received from w h brown has been absolutely terrible!
I feel as though I have been misled, lied to and ripped off by a supposedly reputable company.
The communication between nisha vyas, the mortgage advisor, and the Leicester branch seems to have been non-existent and the communication between w h brown and myself has been appalling.

This is a combination of negligence, mal-administration and poor company policies and practices on behalf of William h brown

I went to

Cedar Estates, 251 West End Lane, London
Would you use this agent again? No

One review here says RUN", I wish I'd listened. This is the least professional agency I have ever had the misfortune to rent from, and I've lived in Yorkshire.

I took over a tenancy late and soon there was one slight issue, once my flatmates boiler broke (along with many others in the building I heard). They fixed the boiler but removed his closet space in the process (the clothes closet and boiler is in the same place). When he complained that they'd messed up the room he'd paid for, we wer

Oliver Ling, 78 Blackhalve Lane, Wolverhampton
Would you use this agent again? Yes

My wife went around a number of estate agents initially to get a feel for each branch and narrowed down all the local estate agents down to only two who came across as professional and efficient in her initial dealings, of which Oliver Ling was one.

Both estate agents came around to value the property and gave similar estimations of sale price to market the house on, and the cost involved.

Martin, (Oliver in Oliver Ling) gave a higher market valuation and the value he expected to achieve and

Sterling De Vere, Unit 1, 120 - 132 Chrisp Street, London
Would you use this agent again? No

They were friendly on the outside. Not once they've got your money.

On a Saturday I turned up and picked up the keychain for my flat. Got to my room and there was no key on the keychain for my room. Went back to the agents and said:
"Could I have the key for my room please; it doesn't seem to be on here."

The agent went away for a moment, then came back saying:
> "Um, sorry.. we haven't changed the locks yet... we can do that for you on Monday."
> "I'm paying for 2 day's rent, yet alone

Harrison Murray, 34 Market Place,, Melton Mowbray
Would you use this agent again? No

Totally feel sick and physically drained from how rude they are.
During the Sale of my flat Sandra argued with me saying I'm biting of my nose to spite my face if I didnt accept the low offer the buyer had offered. At this point I pointed out that she was being rude to me on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager mike ford who never called me.
Then when me and my partner went to see the mortgage advisor which is in the Harrison and Murray branch , we could loudly hear the staff in the sta

Outlook Property, 12 Hartlepool Court, Fishguard Way, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We used Outlook Property to facilitate the sale of our flat.
Jeremy was the primary contact for dealing with our case.

We had viewings from a few estate agents, but felt Jeremy's professional and friendly character appealed to us, and felt we could trust his judgment.

As soon as we signed up with them, there was a rapid turnaround with nice photos taken and the advert put up within a day. There were lots of viewings in the subsequent 3-4 weeks of the advert going out.
There was good communicat

Brinkley's Estate Agents, 120 Wimbledon Hill Road, London
Would you use this agent again? No

Dealing with Brinkley's was the worst decision we have ever made. My husband and I made an offer on a 2 bedroom flat for ƒÂ¯¿½1300 per month. I am self employed and my husband works full time. We were scheduled to move into the property on 15th June and we have not yet received the keys or the contract.

The company are sweet talkers until you part with money. Once they get your money, their terms and conditions change.

At the time of viewing, Hugo told us that we had to pay a holding

Northwood, 1 Bellvue Road, Southampton
Would you use this agent again? No

I have never written a review before but I thought that this needed saying. I am a current tenant within the SO19 area but not for much longer. We are moving out for two reasons. One reason is that we live in a 1 bed flat and are in need of a two bed. The other reason is more important to this review. We have been living here for a year and 3/4's and within a few weeks of moving in mould began to develop in our front room after a few wet days. We contacted Northwood with regards to this and they
