The service of this company as a collective is dire.
I work in customer service, and can tell you that not one of the employees has any idea what good customer service is.
We have been ignored more times in one year than I ever have in my life, apart from one person - who became the only person I would deal with in the end returned ONE phone call, or email - and unfortunately there were lots of occasions that we had to ring.
We were pressured into putting a holding fee (non returnable t

Hello,
WARNING: DO NOT RENT WITH THEM
(Also laughing at these great reviews on here most don't sound very legit haha!)
Renting with Sterling De Vere property for almost 2 years. We live with awesome, lovely housemates (the main reason we stayed around) plus location is central.
But...we've have lots of issues. Examples: washing machine broken/flooding, broken doors - room door could be opened from the outside for months & mould in most of the bedrooms. There is ALWAYS a delay when try
In terms of their service, personnel and price I cannot praise, endorse and recommend House Network enough.
As older people we were a little daunted at the prospect of exploring the unknown world of internet estate agents, feeling more confident dealing face to face, for such an important venture as a house sale, with local estate agents. However the vast difference in cost (£500 as opposed to £3500) necessitated a try.
Many sites were researched, limiting the choice to 3, who were all contac
I highly recommend Peers and Hilton. I chose Peers and Hilton after unsuccessfully securing a sale with my previous agents(totally their doing)who quite frankly need to train their staff HOW to sell properties and am so glad I did. Tim Peers came to my home out of normal office hours to fit in with my job(not many agents will do this) to provide me with a valuation of my home and then to photograph my home ready for marketing. The staff are lovely and friendly. One member has even contacted me on
Myself and a housemate viewed a number of properties with Ludlow Thompson and a number of other agents within the Oval area, and found one that we really wanted with Ludlow Thompson.
We asked what the fees would be for the property and were told that it would be ‚£250 for agency fees, and ‚£250 for a holding deposit (which would come out of the total deposit) during which we were told by Anuj, that they would not take any other offers for the property unless we failed the references or
House Simple is a poor choice of an online estate agent. The system whereby you are given the phone number of the person interested in your property is a thing of the past. You now have to use the online booking system that requires viewers to log on every time there is an alteration in an appointment. You can send a message but that requires you to log on to read the message. If you do not have internet connectivity then (which is quite regularly in Devon and other areas of the countryside) the
I wish I had read these reviews before! My boyfriend and I viewed a property in November last year. At the viewing we asked if the flat was for sale, as when we had rung up, we were asked if we were buying or renting. We were told no, the flat is not for sale.
We handed the application forms in a few days later and paid the fees, with a planned moving date in January. We provided all the information we needed to. After Christmas we were told we could move into the property on our chosen
I wish to record my thanks and appreciation for all the hard work both Caroline and Kit gave to assisting me with the purchase of my dream home.
I first contacted Alexander James when I spotted the property for sale on Rightmove. I had already found a purchaser for my existing home, and as about to exchange contracts in order not to lose my sale of my flat. I decided to take the risk and exchange contracts, which meant I needed to exchange and complete the purchase of the new home by 30th Mar
The property I viewed was in such a bad state that I have to write this review. The house was squalid and on the market for ‚£425K in Walthamstow. I cannot believe that any agent would market this property in this state especially given we are talking about hundreds of thousands of pounds. I am not averse to putting in new carpets or painting over walls etc but this house was full of damp, very damaged decoration, absolutely filthy (there was significant traces of faeces in the loo) and an
