In this review I mainly want to report about how Edmund Cude is handling maintenance issues or even not handling them.

Absolutely appalling. As I had had a bad experience with another agency who had not been able to get maintenance done, I used this as a test. Hazel Wray (M.A.R.L.A.) came around to view my flat and made a lot of promises about getting a list of necessary maintenance done during the void before the new tenants moved in. During the time I used this agency they repeatedly failed to get necessary maintenance done, always claiming that they had not been able to get workmen. One the only occasion that they (allegedly) got a repair done, damaged pieces of wood which I had taken apart in order to facilitate the repair were simply screwed back together, rather than being replaced with good wood.
In 2009 they tried to let my 2 bedroom property for a year for less than the going rate for a 1 bed flat, proudly boasting
