We have had continual problems with this estate agents. We moved in over 6 months ago and there are still outgoing repairs which are yet to be completed.
We contact them regulary to chase up the repairs as we cannot speak to the landlord direct, they say they will phone back but never do. We always end up phoning them.

It was a real mixed bag buying through WH Brown. Oringinally very positive and helpful, most of which was dealing with the independent mortgage broker. Problems only came about regarding the £1000 buyers incentive. It is an absolute con. I do not know how they get away with offering this as it is false advertising and ties you in to completely unfair terms.

If I was to give any constructive criticism.. if I recall correctly (!) - the cleaning service was changed without telling me from 9th to the 8th April - would have appreciated being told the date was changed so I could agree it as I wanted to be there. It turned out OK but just saying please keep landlords advised when dates change as I was planning other things around the plan we agreed.

After registering and paying the up-front fee, I was contacted to organise a time for someone to pop over and take some photos of my property, construct a floor plan and conduct an EPC. These are three necessities for a decent listing and they were all completed to a very high standard.
