If I were asked to describe the services provided by Homes4U Manchester - disgraceful. Here's why:
In September 2014 I and two friends found a property advertised on-line by Homes4U, a property management agency based in Manchester. Homes4U has 4 offices located around the city and cater mainly (though not exclusively) for the cities student population.
We arranged a viewing of the property and the sales agent showed us a couple of properties in the newly developed Grove Village area of Ardw
In summary as to be expected for the most part as a rental agency during tenancy but they will charge you for everything they can, their finances are questionable and you may have to fight your corner for fair treatment in which case they resort to threats which could be interpreted as blackmail, details below.
For the most part my experience with Letters Home Rentals was uneventful they fixed most of the problems I had with the flat I spent two years in but did sometimes need to be chased to g
I can go on and on...
Started off offer accepted, Brilliant! Then we asked for second viewing - COOPERS have lost the key to the property! Never apologised, really bad attitude from Ellie, she stated that we have to deal with the situation, there is nothing they could do about the situation¦
We took time out, brought our parents down to view the property for the second time, unfortunately an agent has turned up with a wrong key and turned out that COOPERS HAVE LOST THE KEY TO THE PROPERTY a
To whom it may concern,
When I decide to write this complaint email about Thamesview (Richmond & Kingston), I found out the frim is ranked at the 10995 of 13073 agents in the UK, shown on the allagents.co.uk, which does not surprise me at all about the negative comments and many tenants experienced the same thing as I did
Their management is a mess, and I do not know why they have so many people from this firm who we had communicated with in the past less one year:Sam Halfpenny, Sarah-jane Coo
I recently moved my flat, both my old flat and the new flats are letted by House and Sons. In the new flat, cleaning was not done properly. Every where it was very dirty and the carpets were also very dirty. Also lot of stuffs were not in good condition including the cracked window which is leaking lot of cold air inside. I reported all these issues in mail and also went in person and informed the about the issues. They said they will send somebody to look into the issue. But Even after 1 week,
When first shown the house, we walked through with Craig and as we were shown the house we clearly asked if it would be professionally cleaned, to which he said yes. We also asked in the washing machine upstairs was a washer/dryer, to which he said yes.
We then moved in on Saturday 14th, and were told by the check in person that the house had only been domestically cleaned and the carpets shampooed and not cleaned professionally. Which is the complete opposite of what we were told by Craig whe
Dealing with Crocker Lettings is a nightmare! contacted them many times about issues with the flat and nothing gets done. Had a boiler issue for a long time and it took them ages to get someone out, the more nothing was done the worse it got. I had to get someone I know to take a look at it myself because I was desperate, it was winter and cold. When they looked at it they said it was dangerous to be running so had to put a red warning sticker on and turn it off, they said they will contact Croc
Several major problems with the property I rent with 2 others have taken months to resolve. My impression is that it's either an unwillingness to want to assist us, or incompetence; either way their inaction warrants compensation and is causing damage to the property.
One instance involved losing the use of an en suite shower in the master bedroom for 3 months (one contractor performing a quote rendered it unusable removing several large tiles checking for water damage) while the agency ostensi
The estate agents are the worst I have come across in a very long time. Neil Burton was the first member of this disastrous team that I dealt with. He came over to my property and gave it the big talk and that he could do wonders and get me a great price on my house and gave it the big sales pitch. My house did not need to be advertised on their website and it could have been sold by anyone as a house really sells itself. What isit that agents actually do? Yes, just put it on their website and w
This has been a really good experience all round for my family, as selling the family home was a challenge for us, having lived there for over 18 years.
The house went up for sale at the beginning of November 2014. I had 3 Estate Agents come and quote a price for selling and recomend the amount a should put the property on for. Of the 3, Richard Lowth was the cheapest and priced most realistically. One of the others (Andrew Snape) quoted a VERY unrealistic price (‚£20k above) and when I su
