Would you use this agent again? No

Viewed a property which we were interested in recently, main reason for wanting to view was that it had four bedrooms to accommodate myself, my partner, and my four children and that pets were considered. Perfect or so I thought. Viewed the property expressed our genuine interest prepared to pay full rental, and was then told that due to the fact that our dog was 'large' the Landlord did not want to consider our application. At the time of the viewing in a convivial reciprocated conversation w

Would you use this agent again? No

Me and my then girlfriend rented a top floor 2 bedroom flat at the end of the summer in 2013. However after only a couple of months with the bad weather settling in we noticed a lot of condensation, mold, and drafts coming in from various places around the flat.

We thought it was dealt with when a contractor came to replace a window pane that had broken during a night of terrible of wind and rain. But the problem still continued, water was on the floor and leaking down walls and the temperature

Emoov, 121 Sloane Street, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Living in Wales, I was apprehensive about using their services as their signs have yet to infiltrate the neighbourhood. However, after having four local estate agents round, giving valuations that varied by 20,000, adding on commission at 1.5% and VAT, I realised they were a bunch of crooked idiots!
I chose emoov after researching on line and word of mouth from one of my friends.
On March 1st, I paid up front and waited, nothing! Oh dear, I thought they were open on Sunday. After a quick ph

Would you use this agent again? Yes

After dealing with countless different estate agents in the past who only seem to want to make a sale and get you in and out as soon as possible, I didn't expect anything different with Philip James, however I was pleasantly surprised when I met Claire in the afternoon for a viewing in Abito, Greengate, Claire was friendly and welcoming from the outset and when she asked how I felt about the property it seemed like she genuinely cared, rather than most estate agents that might as well just say '

Goldschmidt & Howland, 4-8 Highgate High Street, London
Would you use this agent again? No

The agency was OK up to the point when move out notice was given. We have given a 2 months notice as contractually obliged. We ordered a professional house clean and also did carpet cleaning. Then only 10 working days after moving out date the agency got back to us that they are planning to do some deductions from the deposit. They didn't really indicate the total amount of deductions and clarify for what for. Initially they wanted to clam money for a carpet cleaning of a stain which was left b

Drewery Property Consultants, 128 Station Road, Sidcup
Would you use this agent again? Yes

After putting in an offer on a different property which was not high enough to win, Drewery contacted us again to tell us about another property, also in The Hollies area which had just come on the market, and we agreed to view it.

This was in early 2014 when the Greater London property market was booming, and any desirable properties were getting a lot of interest. However, unlike many agents that were using free-for-all open day viewings or showing several prospective buyers around at once, D

Bradleys Estate Agents, 24 Cowick Street, Exeter
Would you use this agent again? Yes

I first interacted with Bradleys after seeing a board outside the property I sought to purchase. I called and the friendly and helpful team were able to inform me of the status of the property and invited me to come over to the office in order to discuss my requirements further.

At the office I was met by Lewis, the Manager, who are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the local area. He was able to take details of my property for sale and the property I was interested in. They quic

Katie Homes Limited, 76 Derby Road, Nottingham
Would you use this agent again? No

The very first day I attended the property, at the start of our contract, there was no furniture, beds and the place was an absolute state. We were assured that this was not their fault and that it would be sorted out immediately, fair enough. Unfortunately this has become a pattern and the disinterest and lack of communication we've experienced has been appalling.

Other minor issues such as not being compensated for those first 2 weeks, which they'd promised some form of, and other issues s

Crestons, 13 Caledonian Road, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

My journey with Crestons started 3 months ago. When I decided to enlist their help in addition to the the other agents that I had been using for 9-months. I was beginning to despair as to whether I would ever sell my house as there were some rather complex issues. I was so stressed and after 5 months with the other agents, the buyers withdrew.

I recall that when I popped into Crestons Islington office I was very impressed. They were very confident and told me they could sell my house within

Would you use this agent again? No

They refused to pass our offers onto their client because we were in a chain (my property is sold STC and there is no chain on my buyer's end), I also informed them I would be making a cash purchase once my property is sold.

They have shown my mother the property 3 times, and let me pay for a train ticket to come up from London and view it on Monday. I put an offer in straight away and then they told us that the vendor did not want anyone with a chain, and that they would be accepting ano
