The email chain below is fairly self explanatory. B&R are pretty much the worst letting agency I've delt with and I've been a renter since 2005. Apart from my mail/phone exchanges with Adam, I've also tried reaching out to Marc Von Grundherr but to no avail. Spoke to his assistant few times who promised to get things fixed but absolutely no improvement. I think they clearly lack the credentials to be in this business as this has not been my experience ever before in the past.

We have had a serious damp problem since we moved in to our flat, in one room this is due to a leak from the flat upstairs not being fixed for weeks (they alerted us to this problem PRIOR to us moving in and stated that this would be fixed before we did move in). Thanks to PLA and their staff I have had nothing but stress and headaches pretty much since moving in. Upon moving in I noticed damp building up in a room in the property.
