Property Moves.
I write this review in the hope someone will read it and be warned about letting a flat/house from the agent.
I have rented a few properties in the Brighton and Hove area with no trouble whatsoever, and have never lost any of my deposits until I rented off this company. I am not saying it's all bad, the property and lettings staff were great to begin with, the house needed a good clean but all in all a nice property. Be VERY careful to check your inventory. Picture being "chec

Choices, 5 Broadwalk, Crawley
Would you use this agent again? Yes

In fact I have dealt with Crawley Choices team on three occasions within last year.
August 2013
In first instance I have met Darren, when they helped me with finding a tenant for our first buy to let property.
We bought this investment through another agency and have informed them regarding purpose of our purchase. However a week before completion we have realised that we only will be able to start marketing property when we get keys. How terrifying it was, to realise that we might have an

avoid at all costs.

These are a TERRIBLE estate agents. The staff (most, not all) are rude. We have had a broken gutter for a year and a half AND a leaking roof for 3 years (although it was partially fixed). It took us 6 months for them to sort out the roof with the landlord AND they lied about it to begin with.

Basically with the roof, we reported it as soon as we noticed, within a couple of days we heard nothing so we rang them and we were told to deal with it because the landlord could

Taylor Made, 36a Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth
Would you use this agent again? No

I have used a few letting agents over the years as a tenant and Taylor Made are, by far, the worst agents I have ever used. No matter how much I liked a property, I would rather lose it than have to deal with them again.

Our experience from the day we received the keys was shockingly poor. The property we rented (in excess of £1500 per month) was in a filthy condition when we were given the keys (dirty bathrooms, unclean kitchen cupboards, filthy oven and cooker, soiled carpets, pvc window

Northwood, 41-43 Barbourne Road, Worcester
Would you use this agent again? No

By far the worst agent i have ever dealt with. The customer service myself and my partner received from Northwood was 0. We had a dispute with Northwood wherw Northwood had said that they had sent numerous emails, voicemails and also letters to ourselves which we DID NOT receive. We asked for copies of these so that there would be no further problens and Northwood refused! Still to this day after leaving the property we do not have these. Being told a family illness ( serious illness) wad an excu

Bairstow Eves, 67 Barking Road, London
Would you use this agent again? No

This review is regarding the Stratford Branch at 142 The Grove, London, E15 1NS.

We arrived at the viewing that we had booked in the office one week previously, we waited outside the property for a few minutes before calling the estate agent. They said that our booking had been changed to be part of a group booking of 30 people 30 minutes later.

We went for a walk to explore the area, and came back to the property. Again, there was no one there to meet us so we rang on the bell thinking we

Chase Evans, St. Davids Square, 320 Westferry Road, London
Would you use this agent again? No

Showed up an hour late during check-in. Flat was cleaned 2 days after we moved in. Of course, it was not professionaly cleaned. We professionally cleaned the flat during check-out to avoid any unpleasant experience. Charges £120 for checkout. Don't know why they should charge the tenants when it is them who want to conduct the checkout.

Tried to charge £280 to replace bathtub side board that was damaged by the contractors sent by them to investigate a water leak. We had to follow up for nea

Outlook Property, 167 Hoe Street, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Pros: Geida was friendly and chatty. We walked in from the street rather than having an appointment, and were immediately accommodated, and shown three flats. Through the agency we found a nice flat that fit our search criteria.

Cons: We weren't given much information about the landlord at all. We were told that Outlook do not manage the property, and they had no idea about the terms of the contract. When asked whether there would be a renewal fee in the contract, we were told "most likely n

Emoov, 121 Sloane Street, London
Would you use this agent again? No

20 months ago we decided to sell our property. We got three local estate agents to give us valuations and also looked at Emoov's site with their offer for a one-off fee to sell our house with nothing else to pay on completion. So we went ahead and the board went up. Now this is not a review on why our house didn't sell with Emoov, it is a review on their service and lack of "transparency". Emoov compare themselves to traditional estate agents and with these traditional estate agents you can put
