I write this review in the hope someone will read it and be warned about letting a flat/house from the agent.
I have rented a few properties in the Brighton and Hove area with no trouble whatsoever,and have never lost any of my deposits until I rented off this company. These are a TERRIBLE estate agents. The staff (most, not all) are rude. We have had a broken gutter for a year and a half AND a leaking roof for 3 years (although it was partially fixed). It took us 6 months for them to sort out the roof with the landlord AND they lied about it to begin with.

Showed up an hour late during check-in. Flat was cleaned 2 days after we moved in. Of course, it was not professionaly cleaned. We professionally cleaned the flat during check-out to avoid any unpleasant experience. Charges £120 for checkout. Pros: Geida was friendly and chatty. We walked in from the street rather than having an appointment, and were immediately accommodated, and shown three flats. Through the agency we found a nice flat that fit our search criteria.
