This is/was my first time purchasing property and decided (after watching lots of Homes Under the Hammer) to invest my money in property, since the banks give pittance in interest, so, I visited DDM looking to purchase a property at auction on a buy-to-let mortgage.
On my first visit, I had a warm and friendly welcoming and was given a mug of coffee - it was the last time I was given a coffee
Avoid at all cost.
I never knew that an estate agent was actually a factor in choosing a property until i met Liz (managing director of Libra property) Myself and my partner are both under 25, both self employed and both own and run our own thriving schools and studios, From day one we were both discriminated against for our age, the property we were renting was £1250 pcm, a price that was implied to be too much for two people of our age. After several delays we took possession of the keys a
STAY AWAY FROM ROBINSONS RELOCATION...I had a owe-full experience with Robinsons Relocation. Starting from their Sales Persons visit to receiving my shipment at the destination. I have been a victim of poor and unprofessional service provided by Robinsons Relocation and their partner Writer Relocation.
The sales man came with an iPad to show me a presentation during the initial stage of choosing a relocation company. I have had a very bitter experience with the company since the beginning; th
Well where can l begin. I first came across Brett when l purchased my first property 5 years ago. I iniatially approached several Estate Agents most of them if not all of them were more interested in making a sale rather than actually giving me what l actually required. Dear Ed,
It is now twelve months since we switched the management of our portfolio of properties from our previous managing agent (a national chain) to your company.
The change has been a transformation to us, and as a result our lives have been far more relaxed. Your company has many strong points, but in particular we have found:
1. You have a small, tight-knit, organisation with approachable, friend
Poor service from the start, the house was dirty when I was assured that it would be cleaned and freshly painted before I moved in. The house smelled of stale smoke, all floors were sticky including carpets, and the work surfaces caked in grease. Filthy is not the word! As for freshly painting, the dirty bits of wall were touched up in a completely different colour to the rest of the walls. When I brought up the state of the place I was told that the cleaners had been there twice!! As the firs
