JAMES & GEORGE COLLIE, 1 East Craibstone Street, Aberdeen
Would you use this agent again? No

I have been a tenant at this property since 2002. James and George Collie represent the owner who has remained anonymous for the duration of my tenancy. The agency have only ever done work when it has been regarded as an ¢â‚¬Å“emergency¢â‚¬Â ¢â‚¬â€œ and even then it has taken a great deal of persuading on my part. For example, I once had to practically beg them to fix a broken window pane and the solution they (finally) came up with was a cheap piece of chipboard.

Russell Residential, 100-102 Regent Street, Cambridge
Would you use this agent again? No

I don't think we have anything good to say about Russells. Unnecessary and inexplicable fees, poor communication, rude staff. Whenever we notified them about a maintenance issue, we were either ignored or fobbed off. We had no working heating for almost four years, relying solely on one storage heater for the whole house. They sent engineers out about this twice, who told us everything was working when clearly nothing was. As a result, the window frames were damp and rotted, something else we co

Emoov, 121 Sloane Street, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

I was very sceptical of not using a high street estate agent when I'd finally got the house ready to sell,in fact we had gone back to the agents that sold us the house 12 Years ago, they tried hard to get us to sign up with them and offered us a 1% deal if they were the sole agents, they came and gave us a price but the next day knocked £20k off and gave me the impression they were just trying to get a quick sale so they could get their hands on their 1% as soon as possible.
I decided to search

Felicity J Lord, 310 Mare Street, London
Would you use this agent again? No

Felicity J Lord charged us over £400 for 'reference checks' 'coordinateion 'check in' service when we rented our flat through them. This is over double what we've paid before over the past 4 years in London. So as per their website and company literature we expected a quality service. However when we went to move in we found the following;

-The person 'checking us in' couldn't work the keys to the front door so buzzed all the neighbours to let us in. This meant once inside I had to wait in

ludlowthompson, 4 - 6 Clapham Road, London
Would you use this agent again? No

I have just finished solidifying a lease with ludlowthompson. Overall, my experience was satisfactory: nothing less, nothing more, but the horrendous service which I received from Kasey Corbett was almost enough to push my review from average to poor.

I can say, unequivocally, that working with Kasey Corbett from ludlowthompson was and remains the most painful part of my home-moving process. Kasey was generally unhelpful and on several occasions downright rude. She called me several times *ve

Emoov, 121 Sloane Street, London
Would you use this agent again? Yes

This was our first time using an online agent so we were a bit unsure at first but I have to say Emoov were absolutely outstanding. Our whole buying/selling chain was a bit long winded but non of this was to do with Emoov, all the problems were coming from the high street estate agents charging high street prices.
The whole set up of our sale through Emoov was really easy and the chap who did our internal/external photos and measurements was brilliant. He also did our energy report to.
We did

Infiniti Properties, 1016 Argyle Street, Glasgow
Would you use this agent again? Yes

I have employed the services of Infinity Properties for the past 10 years.
The team at Infinity Properties gets the job done effectively and efficiently.
When I was initially researching myself for a property management company, my number one priority was not to be lost in the masses, hence seeking a personal service. I live in Belfast and I have an apartment in Glasgow City that needs fully managed on my behalf. I feel very reassured that I can contact the office or Ann Hume directly shou

Prospect Estate Agency, 59 High Street, Maidenhead
Would you use this agent again? Yes

The whole team at Prospect are very proactive and responsive. They are quick, knowledgeable and will guide you through the whole process, ensuring that everyone in the chain are moved through as soon as can be expected and is possible.

We sold and bought our house through Prospect and it took just over 2 and half months to complete from offer of both properties. There were a total of 4 parties (including ourselves) in the chain. From putting our house on the market it took just over 2 weeks f

The Big Property Shop, 67 Sankey Street, Warrington
Would you use this agent again? No

I rented an apartment through Liam James between 2010 and 2013. I initially viewed the apartment whilst the previous tenants were still living there and was happy with its condition, however upon moving in there were a number of issues that were evident. I requested them to rectify dirty windows, stained carpets, damaged paint on walls. They refused on the grounds that it was 'wear and tear'?! Whilst living at the property I rectified some of the issues myself (I cleaned the carpets myself). Whe
