Infiniti Properties, 1016 Argyle Street, Glasgow
Would you use this agent again? Yes

I was a first time buyer and was recommended Infiniti Properties by a friend who'd used them previously. I was given the mobile number of Scott Hume and after a brief, friendly telephone conversation about my budget and needs he warned me away from a couple of areas in Glasgow I'd been looking, took my email address and told me to send through anything I saw that I fancied and that he would keep an eye out for something in the mean time. So over the next couple of weeks I'd send Scott links to f

Ocean Estate Agents, The Plaza, 275 North Street, Bristol
Would you use this agent again? No

I hate to make complaints, I never do because its easy to criticise and often it doesn't get you anywhere.
I am passionate to write this one though because I have never had a more stressful experience with any other company ever in my life.

It's a shame - because my contact with the company is a nice person, they are just doing their job and they are unlucky that they have to carry out unprofessional and mercenary 'procedures'. The problems in this company are at the top of the hierarchy, th

Review by Hancock's on 14th November 2014
Hancock & Partners, 5 Northgate, Chichester
Would you use this agent again? No

It is a fact of life that when renting a property, the estate agent is the last thing you think about. You search for properties then deal with the agent based on your choices. It is another fact that you rarely have much interaction with them until things go wrong and by then you are tied into a contract. I write this because if we could have foreseen what was going to happen with Hancock's we would have run a mile.

Our relationship with them began when we were looking to rent and one o

Glenmead Property Management, Glenmead House, 102 Beehive Lane,, Ilford
Would you use this agent again? Yes

Glenmead took full management of my property via the letting agents Spencers, mid-tenancy in Dec 2011 after Select, the agent that found my tenants, went bust along with that month's rent!
It was further complicated by the fact that the tenants had put their foot through the lift floor/lounge ceiling a month before, and were trying to claim water damage.

Spencers agreed to take on the tenancy agreement, and give full property management to their managers, Glenmead. The circumstances were di

Review by Unhappy on 11th November 2014
Jonathan Rolls, 244 Eastern Road, Kemp Town, Brighton
Would you use this agent again? No

Disappointed is an understatement. We have never lived in a place that has been so poorly managed before, its making us unhappy with living in such a beautiful area.

We bought our property over a year ago now but have only just moved in as we had damp and all of the walls went back to bare brickwork. After a lot of hard work we have made the flat look beautiful but since buying it we have had issues with leaks.

We have emails back from the 6th of May saying that we will try and hold off

Would you use this agent again? Yes

This was my 28th sale,so i have had quite a lot of experience buying and selling property. In the past i have used the usual High st.estate agents, and could usually negotiate a deal between one and one and a half percent.I always sold with the agent, some sold very quick, some very slowly. However this time around i was getting fed up of handing over my hard earned cash to agents who did very little to sell your house, they would probably call a few clients on their waiting list, then leave it to the

Express Estate Agency, St Georges House, 56 Peter St, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? Yes

I decided to use Express Estates to sell my property as they had served me well on a previous sale a number of years ago and I could not have possibly known what an exceptional service I was about to receive from the company . To say that Nadia and Maxine acted politely and professionally would be a disappointing understatement. They went above and beyond throughout the sale process and went the extra mile at each and every stage of what became somewhat of a saga.
I initially excepted an offer

Allen Heritage Estate Agents, 151 Wickham Road, Shirley, Croydon
Would you use this agent again? Yes

We hadn't planned to move, but our perfect house, marketed by Allen Heritage, came up, we made an appointment with Ben and made an offer the same day.

Allen Heritage saw us through the process of getting ours house on the market by the end of the week and found us a buyer within a day of it going on the market. Luke gave us great advice on marketing the house at a reasonable price for a quick sale to ensure we secured the house we wanted.

The purchase of our house was pretty painful wit

Review by Hawkins on 14th November 2014
Castle Wildish (Hersham), 22-24 Molesey Road, Walton On Thames
Would you use this agent again? No

We rented a flat through Castle Wildish for over three years, we never missed a rent payment and left the flat in an immaculate condition. We phoned to give our one month's notice on September 11th as we had bought a house, and Paul asked us if we wanted to run the tenancy until the end of the month (as our rent payment is due on the first) and he would get a new tenant in from October 1st. We said that would be fine. We moved out in time and on the 29th telephoned to ask whether we needed to
