We rented a property through Wallakers for about 18 months. We loved the property, but the service from Wallakers was very poor during our tenancy term. During this time we had several issues with the property. All the issues we experienced were raised with them via a telephone calls or emails. The vast majority of these were ignored and nothing was fixed. This included the oven which remained broken for 9 months (and still hadn't been fixed when we moved out).
