We have had such a bad experience dealing with Wavertree Property Link. We signed for the house, added in a bill package and then paid the deposit and rent for summer assuming everything would then sorted for when we wished to move in around the middle of September, but we were very wrong. The house was only first cleaned at the end of July, the same day we collected the keys. I honestly think that Basil Fawlty could run a lettings agency in a more professional and organised manner than this thoroughly incompetent company.
I am relieved to have finished dealing with them after a year of consistently unprofessional service.
