Would you use this agent again? No

Honestly speaking it was the worst experience I have ever had with the agent. Agata has no customer serving skills, timekeeping, organisation skills and all of the rest I guess.

My story with her has started when my landlord has sold the property and agency was changed respectively (previously was with Madison Brook which was amazing experience).

So here is my first conversation with Agata:
9am, I am in hospital after traumatic shock
-Agata: Hello, my name is Agata, I am from Vanet PA

Blundells, Adept House, 8 Morpeth Street, Sheffield
Would you use this agent again? No

Blundells a trading arm of Countrywide Residential Lettings Ltd provided a ¢â‚¬Ëœfully managed property service' for us over the last 3 years, charging 10% of the rental for their services. We were led to believe that they would ensure our property (previously our home) was being well looked after by the tenants while we were out of the country, or at least advise us otherwise.

The property was always (according to Blundells) ¢â‚¬Ëœwell maintained and looked after', but 3 years

BEWARE OF THESE THUGS!!!!!
Owner: Qaisser
Staff 1: Moinak
Staff 2: Farhan
Reception: Hassan

Stay away from this agency. They are nothing but a bunch of cowboys running a business with horribly unethical practices.

These guys tried to rent me a property which was occupied by one of their own staff( a guy name Farhan) and I am not really sure if he ever intended to vacate the house. Qaisser, the owner, never revealed to me that one of his staff lives in the house. The property was righ

Strutt & Parker, 66 Sloane Street, London
Would you use this agent again? No

Rated below average for the reasons that follow. This is an old-line estate agency with a generally good public reputation. We listed our property with them first for sale, and then for sale or letting. They found a buyer and took the property off the market, assuring us there was 'no doubt' that completion would take place. We dissented at first, but they left it off the PrimeLocation Web site and we didn't argue. Needless to say, at the last minute the buyers had remorse and pulled out. There

Crestons, 46 Brick lane, London
Would you use this agent again? No

Our experience with Crestons was very unprofessional and disappointing. If we had a chance to change agents, we would have done it the moment we were able to. However, as we already placed a large deposit down we had to endure the pain we had to deal with. Shelton was our main point of contact, unfortunately he over- promised and under-delivered. He advised us of the incorrect 1 month rent in advance when we first met, then later issued an invoice for 3 months rent in advance. His explaination d

Choices, 41 - 43 Brighton Road, Croydon
Would you use this agent again? No

Initially Helen was businesslike and prompt in securing the flat for my son and his flatmate to rent. However, in subsequent telephone conversations we were 'told' when the move in date would be, without any consultation, after we had emailed her clearly stating that my son would need plenty of notice as he is a postman and it was the height of the summer holiday period. She said she couldn't change it as she'd ¢â‚¬Ëœarranged' everything, she wouldn't listen to my son's explanation and ju

Would you use this agent again? No

I apologise in advance for the length of this review but I felt it was important to share my experience with others so that they can avoid making the same bad decision I did to use FJL services to sell their property. I decided to use FJL as selling agents as they already let and managed my property, and I believed that this would make the process easier with interactions with my tenant etc. However, this was a big mistake on my part. I only wish I had read the reviews on this website before ma

Would you use this agent again? No

We first met with Jacob Burston at the office on 12th Aug. This is a replacement tenancy and although agents and previous tenants have agreed that fee will be paid by previous tenants he requested the same amount £300 plus vat from us as well. I called previous tenants right away and they confirmed that they are supposed to pay for this and then Jake said " yes of course i have sent them an email and they have agreed"... Then why ask same amount from us? Very bad impression agent looking that

Would you use this agent again? No

My husband and I used your letting agency to find a flat in West Hampstead. I don't think its possible to be more disappointed in the experience we had. First off, we felt Chloe was extremely pushy and essentially forced us to agree to put a deposit on a flat even though we had only wanted to initially make an offer. She forced us to agree to provide our debit card details that way if the landlord accepted our offer we would immediately be locked into an agreement. We also requested a specific o

JP & Brimelow, 418 Wilmslow Road, Manchester
Would you use this agent again? No

JP & Brimelow are unprofessional, incompetent, and show a callous disregard for the welfare of their customers. Here is the brief summary of experience thus-far, after only one month of being a tenant at a property managed by them:

1. The house was advertised as fully furnished, but when we arrived the house was empty and devoid of furniture except for one double bed and some wardrobes in the master bedroom, and a stool in the kitchen.

2. When asked to replace the furniture we had been pr
