Fineholm, 114 Union Street, Glasgow
Would you use this agent again? No

Where can I start with Fineholm?

Possibly by stating that they are the most unorganised, unprofessional and poor managed organisation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I used Fineholm when renting out a property in the Cardonald area of Glasgow. Upon moving into the property in October (along with my wife and two children) the first major issue we hit was that the boiler within the property was not working ¢â‚¬â€œ strange when you take into account that the proper

o Had to call the office in order to get the feedback for the application process 3 days after application was made as the office didn't call me back for it.
o Called the office 4 times prior to signing the contract in order to be informed of time schedule to pick up the keys, sign the contract and inventory and every single time I was given no information and just a promise of a call back that never happened
o Had to go to the office without an appointment on Monday the 2nd of June at 10:00

Murray & Currie, 60 Queen Street, Edinburgh
Would you use this agent again? No

Do not deal with this letting agency! Awful experience from start to finish! We first moved in to our property and there had been no checks after the previous tenets had moved out. We had drove for hours to the property and had to drive all the way back because of rubbish and dirt all over the flat even urine in the toilet which was completely uninhabitable. We contacted Murray and currie about this and they apologised and arranged for it to be cleaned which took 2 days and we were never reimbu

Would you use this agent again? No

Walked into the office one day in May whilst browsing Letting Agent's windows for a property. Asked on a whim if they had any studio flats suitable for two students to share, was transferred to Adam, who showed us around the flats in the complex and we decided to pay to take the flat off of the market straight away. We were given application forms which we filled in the same day and inquired about possibly moving into the property sooner due to my personal situation. We were told that as soon as

The Property Experts, 1 Regent Street, Rugby
Would you use this agent again? No

Our whole experience with Newman sales and lettings has been awful. We have been a tenant with them for 3 years and they have got worse over time. Our problems started when we moved in, there were a few things that we asked for (such as blinds on the velux window on the room advertised as a bedroom so we could use it as a bedroom), which to this day have not been done despite numerous times of asking. We became so fed up with their incompetence and failure to arrange repairs that we stopped aski

Jeffries & Partners, 112\/114 London Road, Portsmouth
Would you use this agent again? No

I am a private seller and based on initial meetings with three agents, selected Jeffries to sell my property in Portsmouth. I have three key observations / shortcomings (two of which have been mentioned by reviewers previously):

1. Not mentioned in any conversations or emails prior to signing, is the fact that the small print in their T&C document states that any termination period can only commence at the END of the initial contract period. When I discovered that the different members of st

Harvey Robinson, 91 High Street, Huntingdon
Would you use this agent again? No

First let me say that this review is from my limited experience with HarveyRobinson as a lettings company from a tenants perspective. For all I know they may be quite good for sales/buying.

We had people visiting the property without notice and when we were not there to see them. Emails were sent to HarveyRobinson by the landlord prior to this to notify of the visit but no contact was made to us fro HarveyRobinson.

We informed them of leaks in the shower and of problems with the kitche

Would you use this agent again? No

I feel that Get Me Moved were completely disingenuous in the listing of my house. They promised to sell my house at an asking price of £490,000 but after only two weeks gave me an ultimatum of either lowering the price or de-listing.

The property went on the market on Saturday 7th June and Get Me Moved indicated today that they never thought it would be realistic to sell my property at the asking price of offers over £480,000.

However, when Paul originally visited the house, he did not

Your Move, 1 West Street, Bromley
Would you use this agent again? No

Prior to signing on with the agency i was promised by the branch manager that they wouldnt accept any offers unless they had confirmed that they buyer had the means to purchase my property. After a couple of viewings I was informed of an offer matching my asking price, which I accepted. The property was placed under offer and taken off of the Market, as per the agencies request. I completed all of the required documents (using the solicitor that they recommended) and waited..........and waited..

Would you use this agent again? Yes

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how very pleased I was with the service I have received from you.
I have been dealing with 3 different estate agents in Ealing, the manager in one of them tried to force me to sale my flat lower than the guide price and they tried to show me through their clients that my flat worse much less by putting offers £100000 below the asking price or the guide price(£500000-550000) and they advised me to reduce it! so i had to reduce it by £2500
