When partner and I moved into a property in Upper Norwood last month, We were very pleased with the service we had received from Crystal Palace branch. but I'll say that I cannot recommend the lettings team at the Crystal Palace branch highly enough. Jack Iveson and Toby Gooding are a credit to the organisation.
However... Property Management are HORRENDOUS! We have been assigned a property manager named Patricia and if I'm 100% honest, I'm not sure what she actually gets paid to do. We have

Having just exchanged contracts on the sale of my Grandfathers home I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on my experience in dealing with the staff at Hamptons namely Mel and Scott. I hope that this can be shared with other local people when making the decision of who to market their property with. Wigmore House has been a part of our family for many years, and as you may expect it has been very emotional for all of us involved.
I should point out that I work in estate agency myse
Avoid using this agency at all costs! First time we've used them and we will NEVER use them again.
Three of us rented a three bedroom property through Northfields. We viewed the property mid march and made an offer, including some conditions on 31st March. Some of the conditions we requested in our offer included replacing the sofas, painting the communal areas and having the property professionally cleaned. Our offer was accepted and we were assured that these things would be carried out bef
I was promised that the flat will be cleaned before me moving in. They made me sign the documents in their office in Kings Langley and then go and take the keys from the flat with a surveyor. The flat was NOT cleaned at all but I had already signed the contract. I called the office and I was promised to get a callback shortly and quick solution from the manager * - I never did receive that call and their solution of the problem. My previous landlady helped me clean, we filled up her vacuum clean
I had a terrible experience with this people. They are Rude, unethical, "*", money minded and have no moralities. "*" had no values at all. my case is as follows,
I am a resident a London. I had purchased a business in Keighley and so would like to move from London to Cleckheaton or Gomersal. I was searching for the property online and also on the streets.
In the process, I came across Roberwatts website. By seeing the history and reputation of the company, I immediately hooked on to it
Where do I start.
Me and my girlfriend are first time buyers. We found a property in Crawley that we really loved, went to view and the agent (Emma) did not enter to show us around because "It smells terrible" so we viewed it on our own, she was really unhelpful and couldn't answer any of our questions regarding property or its vendor with anything but " I'm not sure" or " I don't know".
They (Connells) informed us that it would go to best and finals which we understood to be everyone puts
Atrocious service from start to finish. Every time there was a problem, it took 6 months plus to remedy despite promises that it would be dealt with. The manager appears to believe that, due to his eloquence, he can palm you off with any old impressionistic flam flam that admonishes his office of responsibility or blame. He appears also to believe that us commoners will buy anything told to us in a middle-england accent

I was shocked to see how good the reviews are about this agent, as the service we received as tenants was appalling. It is strange also that all of the reviews are from a landlord perspective and not a tenant perspective. Let me shed some light....
I found Craig to be one of those types that can only seem to deal with matters via email, rather than use the telephone / face to face, and complaints I made regarding the property were always either rejected, or dealt with in a very argumentative
We had major problems constantly with this agency we have just recently moved out of one of there properties, and I can tell you they are the WORST EVER AGENCY.
I was renting from them for over a year, we handed over £925 in greentree offkce the cash was handed to Elaine, with Paul present, then we signed the tenancy agreement. The payment was for £575 deposit £175 each for me and my partner for administration and tenancy fee. Then on the day we get the keys we hand over another £575 no r
