I met up with David at the above property at the pre-arranged time of 1 pm on Wednesday 2 April 2014.

This is a warning to any landlord who want to let their property with Northwood 271 North Street Bristol BS3 1JN .I signed over my property to Northwood in A1 condition on 11/2/2013 my experience with them was good until things went very bad.
Northwood informed me of a problem at the property with a leak coming from the roof and I agreed for their contractor to carry out an assessment of the works required to remedy this.

Having undertaken 5 international moves - our experience with Robinson Relocations has been the most costly. Like the previous reviewer indicated - Ms. Durkin arrived with a ipad in hand with what can only be described as a scripted performance in which I was asked to watch their company's promo video. We did not in the end instruct Sharman Quinney to market our property because, frankly, their fee was sky high and because it was fixed provided no incentive for SQ to maximise sale price.
