I have recently had the misfortune of being a tenant of The Letting People for 6 months in a 1-bedroom flat in Leamington Spa. They took the attitude that we were not suitable for the property before receiving our references. At one point they asked for 3 months rent up front. Arrogant, ignorant and self serving.
