Myself and my partner rented a property from Valluga Residential for 6 months, my tenancy began in August 2013. When we first approached Valluga Residential about a property we were interested in (which we found on Rightmove) they were very helpful, approachable and informative however, this was before the contract was signed and money was handed over. We were informed a professional clean of the property would be done before we moved in; however, when we moved into the property I had to clean t
My first and last dealing with Letslivehere started pretty well. They were friendly and helpful when we were looking at properties and when we were setting up the contract. However it is often difficult to test the quality of a letting agency just based on these early exchanges (people can be extremely polite when you're about to give them large sums of money).
When we first moved into the flat it was fairly grubby. Surfaces were unclean- greasy in the kitchen, dusty in rooms, and in my room
These people about ruined my life, I was very close to an emotional break down.
I moved into the property and at first everything seemed ok.
That soon changed. Until winter set, the windows were wooden and so old they were beginning to crumble. It was so cold in that house you could see your own breath. The kitchen cupboard doors kept falling off as the kitchen was so old and slugs started to come through the back door at night when it got really damp.

I cannot emphasise enough how absolutley disgustingly we have been treated by this "company". We are now seeking compensation through the courts and are expected to win hands down.
We have been subjected to - Lies, bullying, extortion, and just about anything else you can imagine.

Unfortunately my experience over the last five days has been completely the opposite.
I arranged to view a property on the 1st of March and was given a time slot which we were promised would be a sole viewing and there would ample time to ask questions and discuss an offer.
When arrived to view the property on time, only to find
Hello my name is Valentino, I am a professional worker situated in London City.
These are the three main reasons why I took a room with Sterling De Vere, I shall now tell you my storey.
1, Fast
I needed a room ASAP and they had a lot of options for me and didn't waist my time, Mujib Ali was my sales advisor and he explained everything clearly and showed me a simple 3 step cost breakdown, deposit, advance rent and agency fee. He took me out straight away and showed me 3 rooms in the Mile End
I have been a very good tenant for a year so far. Always paid on time, never had any unreasonable request. My agreement is coming to an end in less than a month and the agency has not even acknowledged that the end of the agreement is approaching, nor has issued me with any notice to evict such as Section 21. I wrote an email to them on the topic that they have not even acknowledged!
The staff is in general unfriendly , late with replying to emails and clearly does not make use of effective co
