Their initial fees are not the worst I've come across, but at the end of the tenancy they charged us for a reference and they refused to release a reference until we sent them the money and were quite rude on the phone to our new agent.

Nothing. They failed to help with any problems once we had signed the contract and quite frankly I could do without their condescending attitude.

I would not recommend using this agent. I was told a quick sale was needed on a property I'd fallen in love with, was pushed into getting strcutural survey same week. My solicitor struggled to get hold of the property owners, by which point they admitted they hadn't managed to separate my house ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Have been honest from the start (I would have saved myself a lot of money on survey and solicitors. Also, even when we are no longer prospective buyers we deserve responses to our emails, especially when despite howthe service has been, I worded very politely and even thanked him!
