Comment on agent fees
Asks for money for Deposit Safety Scheme but does not put the deposit into one unless you email and call and text the agents reminding them about it for weeks and eventually telling them you will take them to court if they don't abide by the law (the deposit must be entered into the scheme within the first 30 days of the contract to be legal).
